(1) Vendor needs to provide course development and online asynchronous instruction for dental assisting certificate program for the college of dentistry to the government authority located in Oklahoma.– 16–week non–credit certificate program– Hybrid delivery: online didactic, in–person lab experiences, and external clinical experiences– Initial cohort of approximately 20 learners– Online didactic developed as a reusable model course supporting initial launch and future cohorts– Two–instructor model: contracted SME Instructor leads online didactic; College personnel lead lab/clinical(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
