(1) Vendor needs to provide general civil engineering services to the government authority located in HI. – Provide civil, environmental, structural, electrical, surveying, geotechnical, landscaping and traffic engineering services– Preparing construction plans, specifications, and estimates for various roadway related projects in accordance with state highways and federal highway procedures and requirements.– Providing services during bidding and providing design support services during construction.Coordinating all activities with the design branch and attending all project coordination meetings concerning the work required under the project assignments.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
