CLEANING-14407 - USA (Bel Air, Maryland) - Janitorial Services - Deadline January 18,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Bel Air, MD.– Contractor shall also ensure proper distribution and monitoring of these supplies to prevent waste, theft, or other abuse. – Remove all old finish, wax, and accumulated soil from hard surface floors using appropriate floor stripping chemicals and equipment.– Scrub the floor thoroughly to ensure all old finish is removed, including corners and edges.– Rinse floor completely to remove residue and allow to dry fully.– Apply multiple coats of high–quality floor finish or wax according to manufacturer recommendations, minimum of three (3) coats.– Buff/burnish to achieve a smooth, even, and glossy finish.– Ensure floors are free of streaks, residue, or slippery areas before reopening the area to use.– Use a high–speed floor machine to buff and polish the floor, restoring shine and enhancing appearance.– Remove light scuffs, marks, and minor scratches while maintaining the integrity of the existing floor finish.– Ensure the floor is dry, glossy, and free of haze or residue before reopening the area.– Maintain proper safety procedures to prevent slips and protect surrounding surfaces during the process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2026.
