MRB-57834 - USA (Massachusetts) - Commencement Webcast and Jumbo Trons Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement webcast and jumbo trons services.– Multi–year partnership to provide live production, webcast, and LED Jumbo Tron services in support of its annual Spring Commencement ceremonies– Provide a high–quality visual experience for students, families, and staff through professional multi–camera production, live streaming, recording, venue video integration, and two trailer–mounted LED Jumbo Tron screens– Professional production crew, technical personnel, and supervisory staff.– Portable production equipment, production control systems, and support equipment.– Multi–camera production systems for live event coverage, including video switching, graphics capability, production monitoring, recording equipment, streaming encoders, and communications equipment.– Live video switching and webcast production, including live streaming to the university's designated platform.– Closed captioning services for webcast accessibility compliance– Production system shall be capable of producing professional broadcast–quality live video.– System shall support simultaneous venue display and webcast distribution and be compatible with the University's audio and video systems.– Webcast system shall provide reliable, uninterrupted high–definition streaming with synchronized audio and shall be monitored continuously throughout the event– Coordinate installation, testing, production activities, and removal with the University's representative and other event contractors.– Coordinate all audio, video, graphics, streaming, and signal routing with the University, audio contractor, LED screen contractor, and venue personnel.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
