(1) Vendor needs to provide electric shared scooter program services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.– Provide a safe, affordable, and sustainable transportation option that helps the City meet its goals to safely enhance access to employment, reduce transportation cost barriers, and provide an integrated, efficient and data–informed mobility system.– Shared Scooters: - Provide essential first and last–mile connectivity where public transit service is limited or unavailable- Offer an affordable, reliable mobility option for people living on low incomes and underserved communities- Support regional sustainability and carbon reduction goals- Drive foot traffic and increase accessibility for local restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
