(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce training opportunity services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Responsibility for long–term strategic planning to meet county’s workforce development needs.– Includes planning, analysis, oversight, evaluation and monitoring, and the development and cultivation of partnerships within the County community and/or a regional basis.– Result–oriented, customer–focused organization to provide career building training opportunities that can include pre–apprenticeship programs for adults with barriers to employment– Training and case management activities as appropriate to support the job readiness training or pre–apprenticeship program.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
