CLEANING-13164 - USA (Frankfort, Kentucky) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Sweep and mop floors inside the airlock, reception area, and kitchenette.– Clean all front lobby glass inside and outside.– Clean and sweep all entrance porches, steps, and walkways of all debris, including to cigarette butts, trash, mulch, etc.– Clean parking area.– Clean and empty cigarette butt receptacles if applicable.– During inclement weather, assist with snow removal and salting the building front stoop and sidewalk.– Clean and disinfect all countertop services.– Break down and crush all boxes before placing them into the dumpster.– Excludes biohazard bags and sharps receptacles.– Vacuum carpeted areas, dust and damp mop non–carpeted areas.– Clean and sanitize mop sink.– Dust furniture.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
