Vendor needs to provide healthcare workforce development and training incentive services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ.• Conducting recruitment and outreach activities through educational institutions, workforce partners, professional organizations, hiring events, digital recruitment platforms, and other approved channels to identify and engage prospective participants.• Providing prospective and enrolled participants with clear information regarding program benefits, service commitments, funding limitations, rural employment requirements, and other contractual obligations.• Supporting participants through the application, enrolment, authentication, and contracting processes using approved systems, forms, and communication channels.• Providing participant–cantered career navigation and retention support, including referrals to training, education, licensure, credentialing, and career advancement resources that may assist participants in satisfying their service commitments.• Assisting participants in evaluating available education and upskilling opportunities, including the potential costs and benefits of continued education and the allowable use of incentive funds, as applicable.• Supporting workforce stabilization and transition planning by identifying potential retention risks and providing participants and employers with information and resources that may support continued employment following the program performance period.• Tracking participant service commitments, employment milestones, annual renewal requirements, and other contractually required performance measures.• Coordinating routine notifications and communications with participants and participating employers regarding program requirements, upcoming milestones, payment schedules, and contractual responsibilities.
