Vendor needs to provide energy management control system. – The contractor shall perform nonpersonal services on the Energy Management Control System (EMCS) consisting of: firmware updates, software updates, graphics updates, automation controls analysis & optimization, emergency on–line response and emergency on–site response at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB).– The contractor shall provide software and documentation updates to existing software upon release.– Graphics Updates: The contractor shall perform graphic updates to the quarterly.– The contractor shall verify existing graphics, identify changes, update and make corrections. 50 CES will supply the contractor with current drawings indicating graphic changes.– The contractor shall respond to on–line support requests within 3 hours of receiving notification for emergency service 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
