(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Provide comprehensive parking management services for the agency’s integrated parking system. • Services:• System administration and staffing: Provide qualified management, supervisory, administrative, customer service, maintenance, and operational staff necessary to support the agency’s parking system.• Customer service and program support: Provide responsive customer service for parking customers, permit holders, members of the public, businesses, residents, institutions, and other stakeholders.• Revenue collection, accounting, and audit controls: Collect, safeguard, reconcile, report, and deposit parking revenues in accordance with agency procedures.• Reporting and performance management: Provide regular operational, financial, maintenance, customer service, and performance reports as required by the agency. • Off–street parking management:– Manage agency–controlled off–street parking facilities, including garages and surface lots.– Services may include daily operations, customer service, permit support, revenue collection, cleaning, maintenance coordination, repairs, security coordination, event support, and operational recommendations.• On–street parking system management: Support operation and maintenance of the agency’s on–street paid parking system, including pay stations, mobile payment coordination, customer support, collections, reporting, maintenance, equipment monitoring, and coordination with agency staff and technology vendors.• Residential parking program support: Support administration of the agency’s residential parking program, including customer service, account support, permit transactions, revenue reconciliation, troubleshooting, and coordination with the agency’s enforcement technology platform.• Maintenance, repairs, and facility support: Provide or coordinate routine maintenance, cleaning, minor repairs, inspections, vendor support, and facility–related services necessary to maintain safe, functional, and customer–friendly parking assets.• Marketing, communications, and stakeholder coordination: support agency–approved marketing, communications, public information, and stakeholder coordination related to the parking system.• Parking advisory services: Provide professional parking management advice, operational recommendations, data analysis, rate and policy analysis, curb management support, industry best practices, and other technical assistance as requested by the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
