DISPOS-9467 - USA (Orange, California) - Disaster-Related Debris Management Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster–related debris management services to the government authority located in Orange, CA. – Provide disaster–related debris management services for the collection, processing, and disposal of debris resulting from natural or man–made disaster events including but not limited to earthquakes, wildfires, post–fire debris flows, floods, tsunamis, and other hazard events.• Debris clearance operations as directed by the agency's Debris Management Coordinator• Obtaining all necessary local, state, and federal permits• Collection and removal of debris from public rights–of–way, streets, roads, flood control facilities, ditches, and other public properties• Processing of debris including screening, sorting, grinding, mulching, and recycling in compliance with all applicable environmental protection requirements• Disposal of all debris categories to lawfully permitted facilities• Establishment and operation of Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction (TDSR) sites(2) The contract period will be for three years.
