(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services.– Comprehensive marketing and communications plan. Work with leadership, including the director of marketing, to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications plan.– Media development and placement.– Media and collateral development.– Education and outreach campaign.– Marketing surveys. Develop, conduct and interpret marketing surveys to include health literacy, brand awareness and sentiment, and other items.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
