(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement records management system.– Incident Reporting: This module will be used for the collection, processing, and storing of criminal and non–criminal incidents reported to the police.– Online citizen reporting tool, which uses a digital platform to allow members of the public to report non–emergency incidents.– Calls for Service: The LE–RMS will capture Calls for Service from our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system via a direct interface.– Traffic and crash reporting.– An intuitive and easy–to–use menu structure and screen layout throughout the system.– Centralized dashboard to track messages, cases, and actions needed, and the ability to customize dashboards with existing RMS options.– User–friendly data entry with text–editing features similar to standard word– processing software, including grammar and spell check, delete and copy and paste functions.– Create and edit user accounts and user passwords.– Communicate information about suspects or persons of interest to multiple system users when the suspect and person of interest is involved in multiple cases.– Text searches within drop–down fields, highlighting potential matches based on partial text entry.– Ability to provide reciprocity when linking cases so that if a case number is linked in one case record, the linked case is automatically added to the other record.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14,2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
