Vendor needs to provide psychological pre–employment evaluation services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– Provide psychological pre–employment evaluation services to applicants for state law enforcement officer positions to measure their psychological suitability for law enforcement positions.– Ability to administer and interpret validated psychological assessment instruments and tests.– Utilize pre–condition of employment and post–offer testing results in the applicant selection process.– Provide the psychologist with post–employment data relating to job performance and retention to validate predictability of the psychological evaluation tool.– Pre–condition of Employment written testing and evaluation.– Post–offer written testing and evaluation for the remaining applicants.
