(1) Vendor needs to provide waste tire processing services to the government authority located in DeLand, FL.– Waste tires include passenger, light truck, tractor–trailer, and tires.– Oversized tires, such as, but not limited to, loader and tractor tires are also received.– Uses best management practices to separate passenger and light truck tires from oversized tires on–site.– Receives approximately two thousand (2,000) tons of waste tires annually.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
