Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide uninterruptible power supply system modernization services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA.– Turnkey replacement of two aging APC Symmetra LX 16kVA Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.– replace the existing legacy UPS system with modular, high–efficiency Liion battery technology that improves reliability and provides a minimum of 120 minutes of runtime at the full connected load of each floor.– Provide and install a new commercial/industrial–grade, double–conversion online UPS system in an N+1 configuration, achieved through either an internal hot swappable modular chassis or a parallel dual–unit configuration, using hot–swappable power modules rated not less than 5kW each.– UPS system shall be equipped with a Network Management Card (NMC) supporting SNMP v2c or v3 for remote monitoring, real–time status, and fault alerts, and supporting secure communications protocols.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15,2026.
