(1) Vendor needs to provide discounted educational services and benefits which may include tuition discounts, price matching, waived application registration fees, or credit for prior experience to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.– The educational provider will offer discounts or benefits to City employees taking for–credit courses or certification preparation courses which may take the form of tuition discounts, price matching, waived application/registration fees, or credit for prior experience.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
