(1) Vendor needs to provide hazardous waste disposal services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• Waste include, but is not limited to, hazardous or regulated non–hazardous, and environmentally regulated, universal, and biological.• Waste in the bins may also include petroleum–based asphalt; soil/absorbentcontaminated with coolant, oil, diesel or gasoline; waste from asphalt tanks, waste from alltypes of rubber, mudflaps, tires (with or without metal brackets, rims, wheel, suspension partsattached, which may also include minor amounts of other debris; corrosives; polychlorinatedbiphenyls, and treated wood waste• Contractor shall provide 20–yard and/or 40–yard bins to be placed at designated Caltransfacilities for collection of such materials at the request of Caltrans Contract Manager.• Bins shall have locking hard retractable covers that operate smoothly and with ease to keepDumpsters.• Bins shall have an affixed bin debris identification reflective type sign marked Treated WoodWaste or Tire Waste as appropriate, all manufacturer safety decals properly affixed, visibleand legible.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
