(1) Vendor needs to provide filter media replacement services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – Provide labor and material for removing the existing sand filter media, laterals, and installing new glass filter media.– Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove existing sand media from filter pit and install new laterals and glass filter media.– Glass filter media to be activated 0.45mm AFDM NG Grade #1 permanent glass filter media, NSF 61, NSF 50 Certified. High purity and bio–resistant with electrostatic charge for better filtration.– Dispose of all old sand material off–site.– Samples of new glass media for approval by owner prior to installation.– Responsible for repairing any damage to pool equipment or structures while performing work.– Provide a minimum 1–year warranty on all work and materials.– Keep the work site clean and is responsible for disposal of all waste(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
