(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel and conference services to the government authority located in Galloway, NJ. – Provide pre–event onsite consultation, during the month of November, with various site managers who will be present during the event.– Provide a pre–event walkthrough to view all Conference Rooms, and Breakout Rooms on the beginning day of each yearly event.– Must provide full tours for guests with accessibility needs at 6:45 p.m. on Fridays for each event.– Staff and venue managers/organizers will exchange cell phone numbers to have open communication during the event when addressing site–specific concerns.– Self–Parking: Accessible and ample parking spaces are required at no additional cost. – Valet–Parking: Option must be available at guest discretion, and billed through guests only. – Access to a public cash bar and lounge area, with no additional fees for staffing bar, with bar opening by 3:00 p.m. and remaining open until 11:59 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of each event year. • Hotel Rooms• Conference Rooms & Breakout Rooms• Food & Beverage• Audio & Visual Equipment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
