The selected attorney will be engaged by the Central Florida Commuter Rail Commission, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission" and perform all general legal representation for the Commission, as needed and requested or as required. Funding provided by the Local Government Partners will not create an attorney-client relationship between legal counsel and any of the Local Government Partners. Such representation will be in cooperation with the Steering Group (SG), as described in Section 4 (“Cooperation with Attorney”) of this Agreement. ** DISCLAIMER: The draft SunRail Attorney Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is subject to revision at the sole discretion of the Central Florida Commuter Rail Commission (“Commission”). The award of this Agreement, in whole or in part, and the terms are not final until the Commission awards the Agreement to Counsel and the Agreement is fully executed.
