REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST (RFLOI)/REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): On-Call Construction Engineering & Inspection Services (CEI)

This RFLOI is to solicit responses (Letters of Interest, or LOIs) from qualified firms (each, referred to hereinafter as a “Private Engineering Firm (PEF)”, “Consultant”, “Firm”, or “Team”) to provide certain CEI and professional consulting services related thereto on an on-call basis for a period of five (5) years to the Town.
