Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in Gainesville, FL.– Parking management over parking lot that includes three parking areas: general, VIP, ADA.– Manage incoming and outgoing vehicles, with peak incoming hours at 10:00am to 2:30pm and peak outgoing hours of 4:00 to 6:00pm, with the possibility of both during all hours.– Number of personnel per team and how many teams will be needed to manage more than 500 cars per hour.– Prior to first show date, provide Faire Director with a map showing where personnel will be located or use map to explain how teams will move throughout the day as the lot fills up.– Provide parking team, including experienced supervisor who will oversee all areas of the parking lot through every event date.– Direct traffic flow throughout parking lot.– Guide volunteers and faire participants to designated participant parking area.– Track vehicles entering and leaving the site for real time counts using SenSource app or other real time–tracking app.
