(1) Vendor needs to provide health coalition services to the government authority located in Reading, PA.– Provide strategic leadership, coordination, facilitation, communications, administrative support, and sustainability planning.– Support coordination across existing community initiatives and systems rather than create duplicative structures or competing efforts.– Map existing community initiatives, partnerships, and coalitions.– Strengthen communication and coordination among organizations.– Promote collaboration around shared strategies and initiatives.– Strengthen communication and dissemination of accurate, trusted, and culturally responsive health information.– Increase community engagement and resident voice in health improvement efforts.– Build infrastructure for long–term sustainability and external funding opportunities.– Serve as the backbone organization responsible for developing and supporting the coalition and advisory committee.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 1, 2026
