(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in MO. – Business development and client acquisition:– Contractor shall actively identify, market, promote, and secure parking opportunities for non–college events.– Develop and implement a parking revenue growth strategy.– Market available campus parking facilities to external organizations and event promoters.– Entertainment venues.– Concert promoters.– Sports organizations.– Convention and conference organizers.– Event planning and coordination:– Evaluate anticipated parking demand.– Develop lot assignment plans.– Determine staffing requirements.– Establish traffic management plans.– Coordinate ingress and egress routes.– Parking operations:– Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and management necessary for successful parking operations.– Open and close parking facilities.– Direct vehicle traffic.– Manage parking capacity.– Ensure ADA–accessible parking accommodations.– Maintain pedestrian safety.– Revenue collection and financial management:– Collect all parking fees.– Utilize electronic payment systems whenever possible.– Marketing requirements:– Advertise available parking inventory.– Maintain relationships with regional event organizers.– Develop promotional materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
