(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary staffing services for the position of customer service representative with experience in healthcare insurance benefits assistance, and customer services working in client–facing environment to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Agency counselors assist Medicare beneficiaries, caregivers, and family members with understanding Medicare coverage and benefits, comparing coverage options, navigating enrollment, appeals, identifying available resources, and resolving Medicare–related concerns.– Strong customer service skills, including experience assisting individuals by telephone, in person, and through written communication.– Strong active listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess individual needs and understand client concerns.– Analytical and critical–thinking skills to gather and evaluate information, identify client needs, and determine appropriate next steps.– Respond to client and constituent inquiries received by telephone, email, fax, or in person, as assigned.– Ability to provide objective, unbiased information to clients, caregivers, and family members.– Ability to enter and maintain client records in an electronic database accurately and timely.– The Contractor’s temporary staff resources shall work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday during normal business hours.(2) Contact period will be for one year.
