(1) Vendor needs to provide facilities abatement services on an as–needed basis at county–owned buildings and facilities include routine scheduled work, maintenance activities, emergency response, and remediation associated with renovation, demolition, restoration, or other facility projects to the government authority located in Oakland, MI.– Asbestos Abatement• Remove, repair, encapsulate, or enclose asbestos–containing materials (ACM) in accordance with project specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.• Provide emergency response to damaged or disturbed ACM that presents a potential health hazard.• Establish regulated work areas, critical barriers, negative–air–pressure enclosures, decontamination units, and other required engineering controls.• Package, label, transport, and dispose of asbestos–containing waste at approved facilities, including preparation of required waste shipment records.• Coordinate with the County's designated industrial hygienist or air–monitoring consultant for project monitoring, clearance sampling, and final visual inspections, as required.– Lead Abatement – Indoor and Outdoor Firearms Training Ranges• Provide comprehensive lead abatement services for indoor and outdoor firearms training ranges on an as–needed basis.• Install and maintain critical barriers, negative–pressure containment systems, and a three stage decontamination unit as required by the project scope.• Collect, screen, and separate lead projectiles and lead–contaminated debris from rubber bullet–trap media or other bullet–containment systems– Mold Remediation• Provide comprehensive mold remediation services on an as–needed basis for Countyowned facilities.• Establish appropriate containment and engineering controls, including critical barriers and negative–air filtration devices, as necessary to prevent migration of mold spores(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
