(1) Vendor needs to provide out–of–school youth services under the workforce innovation and opportunity act to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ. – Provider for out–of–school youth services under the workforce innovation and opportunity act, ages 16–24.– Outreach and recruitment include, identifying potentially eligible youth, working with parents and guardians to secure necessary documentation, and working closely with other governmental and community organizations and school systems to identify and recruit youth.– Provide an academic program for at–risk youth, ages 16–24 years of age, who are currently out of school.– Enrol the out–of–school youth in an academic program that will afford them the opportunity to graduate with a high school diploma.– Responsible for identifying and recruiting potentially eligible youth, determining the youth's suitability for program services, and collecting and verifying all necessary eligibility source documents.– Conduct an objective assessment of the academic level, skill levels, and service needs of each participant which will include a review of basic skills, occupational skills, prior work experience, employability, interests, aptitudes, supportive service needs, mental health services, and development needs. – Sub–recipient staff must use the results of the youth participant’s objective assessment to develop for the youth participant.– Case management is the infrastructure for delivering effective services that will facilitate the positive growth and development of youth and the achievement of performance goals.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
