(1) Vendor needs to provide resistance standard measurement system.– This system shall be capable of measuring a variety of resistive devices in four terminal modes.– This system shall have the ability to perform automatic data acquisition, mathematical and graphical data analysis, data display of results, and print data results and data storage of results. – All software/firmware used in conjunction with instrument shall be identified by Name, Version, and Date; to be displayed upon startup or located in an “About” menu in the software/firmware.
