(1) Vendor needs to provide website design develop, implementation, migration, host, and support services using CMS.– Redesign, develop, implement, Migration, host, maintain, and support primary website.– Provide ongoing hosting, maintenance, accessibility support, and related technical support services.– User–friendly menu structure and search function that perform effectively on mobile devices. – Develop the websites using a non–proprietary content management system that allows District staff to independently create, edit, publish, and manage website content.– Contract, including final design files, source code, content, databases, configurations, documentation, and related work product.– SEO services shall include, at a minimum, user–focused metadata and page titles, logical heading structure, descriptive URLs, optimized internal linking, image optimization, structured data or schema markup where appropriate, redirect management, and content optimized to address the information most frequently sought by passengers, tenants, business partners, and other users.– Inventory, migrate, optimize, and validate existing website content while preserving search engine rankings, redirects, and overall usability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
