(1) Vendor needs to provide construction viewing platforms service to the government authority located in Dover, DE. – The construction of two wildlife viewing platforms.– The platforms would be in 2 different locations on the property, about 1.1 miles apart.– ADA accessible wooden plank walkways, approximately 100 feet long, will lead from the respectiveparking areas out to the edge of the delineated wetlands areas. – The platforms will be approximately 7 feet above the existing landscape providing an unobstructed 220 degree viewshed in both locations. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.
