(1) Vendor needs to provide cardiology consultant service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. • Provide interpretation of the clinical data element definitions as applied to decisions made about specific cardiac surgical cases.• Assess, interpret, and evaluate operative reports and other medical records documentation submitted to hospitals and surgeons.• Assess statistical modeling practices and outcomes from an informed cardiac clinical perspective and provide recommendations.• Assist with other cardiac clinical questions and information as needed.Provide program recommendations to when appropriate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
