(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI. – The work generally consists of the furnishing of labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to construct in place complete, a communications tower, a prefabricated building with associated equipment, and various site improvements for agency.• Prepare and submit applications for excavation clearance prior to mobilization to the jobsite.• Stake–out of the proposed boring locations prior to our field mobilization.• Coordination of utility clearance at the boring locations by our engineer.• Mobilization and demobilization of a truck–mounted drill rig and two operators to the project site and back.• Drilling and sampling two borings extending to depths of 20.5 and 91.1 feet below the existing ground surface for a total of 111.6 lineal feet of exploration. • Coordination of the field exploration and logging of the borings by our geologist.• Laboratory testing of selected soil and rock samples obtained during the field exploration as an aid in classifying the materials and evaluating their engineering properties.• Analyses of the field and laboratory data to formulate geotechnical recommendations for the design of the proposed new structures.• Preparation of this report summarizing our work and presenting our findings and recommendations.• Coordination of our overall work on the project by our project engineer.• Quality assurance of our work and client/design team consultation by our principal engineer.(2) Pre–bid conference will be held on September 8, 2026.
