(1) Vendor needs to provide operation and management services to the government authority located in Pembroke Pines, FL.• Provide the operation and management of the city's building department including plan review and inspection services.• Plans review and inspection services shall include, but not be limited to structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical, as well as providing all administrative document.• Provide customer services to building contractors, architects, engineers, citizens, and applicants about construction projects, code questions, permitting and other related concerns.• Comply with statutes governing private providers and special inspectors as modified from time to time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
