The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation, and Communications (MDDIC) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the expansion of the National Data Center (NDC) and the establishment of a State Big Data Infrastructure Repository , and comprises of three (3) lots as follows: Lot 1: Operationalization of the State Big Data Repository Lot 2: Equipping of the B Room at the Disaster Responce Center Lot 3: Establishment of Artificial Intelligence Foundational Infrastructure. The Goods and Related Services shall be delivered to the locations specified in the Final Destination under the List of Goods and Delivery Schedule. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, as updated, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
