(1) Vendor needs to provide state lobbying services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY. – Provide services of a legislative consultant for matters.– Lobby for appropriations on behalf of in the state budget.– Arrange for the introduction of specific bills, their consideration.– Review the annual state budget with respect.– Provide advice on grassroots lobbying and coalition building.– Provide general advice on legislative matters.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
