HEALTH-10726 - USA (Eagle Pass, Texas) - Comprehensive Public Health and Environmental Health Assessment Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive public health and environmental health assessment services to the government authority located in Eagle Pass, TX.– Consultant shall work closely with agency administration, staff, elected officials, and other identified stakeholders to evaluate existing public health and environmental health services, identify service gaps, assess regulatory responsibilities, and develop strategic recommendations for future service delivery.– Project management:– Developing a project schedule identifying milestones and deliverable dates.– Providing periodic progress reports throughout the project.– Existing conditions assessment:– Consultant shall perform a comprehensive assessment of the current public health and environmental health landscape.– Existing municipal services.– Community data collection and analysis:– Population and demographic trends.– Water quality assessment:– Consultant shall evaluate existing water quality monitoring practices and recommend improvements where appropriate.– Epidemiological assessment:– Consultant shall perform an epidemiological assessment to better understand current and emerging public health conditions affecting the community.– Sanitization and environmental health practices.– Evaluation of existing community services.– Community needs assessment and gap analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
