CONS-22311 - USA (San Francisco, California) - Exterior Elevated Elements, Backyard Retaining Walls Repair and Replacement Service - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide exterior elevated elements, backyard retaining walls repair and replacement service to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.• The scope of work is to bring all Exterior Elevated Elements at Plaza East Apartments up to codeand to repair or replace any material with significant wear• Some wood elements might remain as is, some wood elements might be stained and finished, and some wood elements might be replaced with a more durable product such as Tre Decking or similar high–performance composite decking material.• Replace top rail with Trek or similar to prevent future splintering• As needed, Footings & Posts: Repairing, pouring, or replacing concrete footings andstructural posts if they have sunk, shifted, or rotted• Railing & Stairs: Rebuilding unstable staircases, securing loose treads/stringers, andthrough–bolting railing posts to ensure they meet modern load–capacity codes• Select locations, Sanding, Staining, & Sealing: Sanding rough surfaces, applying stain forcolor, and coating the deck with a high–quality water repellent to protect against futureweathering(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026(4) Pre–Submittal Meeting will be held on July 22, 2026
