(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based photo and ID card solution.– A photo and id card solution to produce digitally printed color identification cards for both employees and inmates and to store and retrieve black–and–white mug shots of inmates, preferably utilizing a web–based solution.– Micro focus enterprise server (MFEs) is a windows operating system (OS) solution with a microsoft SQL server (MS SQL server) database housed in the microsoft azure cloud.– Provide a comprehensive photo identification and mug shot management solution.– The solution shall support the creation, issuance, and management of secure identification cards for inmates and employees, as well as the capture, storage, retrieval, and management of inmate mug shots.– Provide a solution that supports both barcode and smart card technologies, including data encoding, storage, management, and verification functions for inmate and employee identification cards.– Provide a cloud–hosted or on–premises (contractor–hosted) enterprise id card solution software platform that integrates with the department’s ping environment via standards–based APIs.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 30,2026
