CLEANING-13985 - USA (Cortez, Colorado) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Cortez, CO. – 29,635 sq. ft. (8,884 sq. ft. of that is Carpeted) • Daily (Monday–Friday after 5:30 p.m.) – Sweep and wet mop composition floors. – Vacuum all carpeted floors. Spot clean carpets as needed – Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. – Check outside trash cans daily and replace liners as needed. – Empty ashtrays. – Clean and sanitize restrooms. Fill restroom supplies. – Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. – Clean main entry doors, inside and outside – Spot clean walls as needed. • Weekly Basis – Dust furniture, floor HVAC units, and windowsills. • Monthly Basis – Clean and sanitize telephones. – Wash doormats and replace with spares • Quarterly Basis – Clean interior windows – Clean baseboards • Twice a Year – Shampoo carpets in April and September – Vacuum or clean heating vents (ceiling or floor) (2) Pre–bid walk through will be held on October 12, 2026.
