(1) Vendor needs to provide special inspections and material testing services to the government authority located in Springfield, TN.– Verify structural fill complies with the specifications and geotechnical investigation report.– Determine particle size, liquid limit, plastic limit, plasticity index and maximum density of each type of soil or fill.– Observe proof rolling.– Perform field density tests.– Verify densification of subgrade after vibratory compaction.– Verify proper depth of cut.– Verify equipment and compaction procedure.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
