(1) Vendor needs to provide business preparedness forum services to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.– Design and facilitate a forum that accomplishes the following:– Increase awareness of active threat preparedness and organizational resilience.– Strengthen relationships between the business community and county emergency management, law enforcement, fire and rescue, EMS, and other response partners.– Provide practical guidance that organizations can implement regardless of their current level of preparedness.– Encourage collaboration and networking among participating organizations.– Provide participants with resources, planning considerations, and actionable next steps to improve preparedness. – Identify future opportunities for training, exercises, and continued public private collaboration.– Encouraged to recommend innovative delivery methods that maximize participant engagement.– Recommend outreach strategies that encourage broad participation across the business community.– Facilitate a professionally managed preparedness forum that includes an appropriate combination of presentations, panel discussions, facilitated dialogue, networking opportunities, and interactive learning activities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 21, 2026.
