(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering services to the government authority located in Bellingham, WA.– Roundabout design.– Alignment, profile, and cross–section design.– Pavement and subgrade design.– Crosswalk analysis and design.– Pedestrian circulation path and accessibility design.– Bicycle facility analysis and design.– Guardrail and traffic barrier analysis and design.– Landscaping and roadside restoration plans.– Intersection control evaluation analysis and reporting.– Intersection control design (e.g. stop, signalized, roundabout).– Traffic Signal and Illumination Systems analysis and design.– Channelization and Traffic Signing design.– Traffic and multimodal mobility planning, analysis, modelling, and reporting.– Detour and temporary traffic control plans.– Franchise utility relocation plans and coordination.– Public utility design including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater.– Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design.– Stormwater management planning, design, and reporting.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
