The City of Loganville Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the purchase and redevelopment of 254 Main Street in Historic Downtown Loganville. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in a contract to purchase and carry out the redevelopment of the stated property as specified in the proposal. The selected developer will then work with city staff to complete the scope of work.
