Vendor needs to provide sustainability plant update service to the government authority located in Lansing, MI. – The development of a planning–level Climate Vulnerability Assessment to better understand the risks that changing climate conditions pose to municipal operations, infrastructure, natural systems, and the broader community.– This project will update existing plans to reflect current conditions, incorporate recent accomplishments, identify emerging priorities, and establish a practical implementation plan that supports informed policy, operational, and capital investment decisions.– The updated plan will provide an integrated roadmap for greenhouse gas reduction, climate adaption sustainability initiatives, resilience planning, implementation priorities, funding strategies, and performance measures.• Updating and integrating the sap & cap into one comprehensive planning document• Develop a planning–level climate vulnerability assessment• Financial assessment and business case• Climate–focused decision–making framework
