(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based electronic renewable energy credit management system.– Provide a secure website through which all compliance transactions can be performed.– The website shall be maintained in a manner such that transactions can be accomplished twenty four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The website shall allow access for transaction purposes to only registered and authorized users.– Hosted web–based Renewable Energy Credit (REC) management system.– Shall provide REC management system upgrades and technology enhancements consistent with the ongoing maintenance of a web–based application.– System maintenance shall also include all services necessary to maintain 98% system operational uptime, system backup procedures, and disaster recovery services described herein to include all system configurations, troubleshooting, resolution of system errors, malfunctions, and system restoration.– Responsible for the maintenance of the subscription license and contractor–hosted cloud system service platform including hardware and maintenance, patches, software upgrades, and bug fixes.
