– Vendor needs to provide homeless housing and assistance program service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Projects may serve either a mixed population of homeless persons or an identified special needs homeless population.– Specific special needs populations include:• Persons with a mental illness.• Persons with physical disabilities.• Persons with HIV/AIDS.• Youth, including young adults aging out of foster care.• Victims or Survivors of domestic violence. • Survivors of human trafficking.• Veterans.• Ex–offenders.• Persons with substance use disorders.
