RFQ - Code Enforcement Board Ups and Securements

The County of Sacramento (“County”), is soliciting responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Code Enforcement Board-Ups to solicit contractors who shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for doing all the work necessary to board-up and secure buildings at various locations throughout Sacramento County at the request and by the direction of the Department of Community Development, Code Enforcement Division (hereinafter CODE). All Board-ups and Securements shall be accomplished within the time-frame directed by CODE; shall be performed using new materials; and shall be performed according to the HUD Specifications (see attached document in the “Attachments” section of OpenGov Procurement), and at additional direction from CODE for lock set change-outs; provision of keys to new locks, and other services that are associated with Board-ups and Securements not specifically addressed in the HUD Specifications or which are to be modified on a project-by-project basis.
