(1) Vendor needs to provide leave administration services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– Services will include administration of federally required family and medical leave act (FMLA) leave, the paid family and medical leave (PPFML) program, and the paid parental leave (PPL) program, including eligibility determinations, leave tracking, employee communications, and related compliance activities.– Able to track and communicate via web–based platform all metrics related to leave management for state employees including eligibility, absences, leave balances, waiting periods, claim years, usage and exhaustion of claim hours.– Provide electronic educational information and forms that can be used on the port's internalwebsite, and pre–recorded web–based training sessions.– Assign a dedicated absence management specialist or nurse case manager that is trained to be a subject matter expert on all port programs as well as applicable laws and regulations that apply.– Review and determine individual employee’s eligibility criteria including hours worked and status.– Ability to import records from the previous administrator into your firm’s system to ensure historical records are in place for employees.– Provide real–time, web–based access to employees to review their personal claim data including at minimum: all documentation to and from the vendor, claim status, hours of leave used or denied and the ability to report intermittent absences through the employee portal.– Provide communications to employees about their claims via their preferred contact method of telephone calls, emails or text messages.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 20,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 16, 2026.
