DISPOS-9463 - USA (Lawrence, Mississippi) - Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster debris removal and disposal services to the government authority located in Lawrence, MS.• The removal and disposal of all stumps, when eligible for removal, may be paid on a cubic–yard basis, regardless of size or whether or not the stumps require extraction by the contractor.• The contractor may be required to secure and permit debris reduction sites. If tasked to provide debris sites, the contractor shall prepare, operate, and restore the debris reduction sites.• Vegetative debris shall be taken for reduction to the debris reduction site.• Hazardous limbs are considered eligible debris and are defined as broken limbs or branches that pose an immediate threat.• The contractor shall conduct the work so as not to interfere with the disaster response and recovery activities of federal, state and local governments or agencies, or of any public utilities.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
